We inform you that the data you provide will be processed on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation, with the sole and exclusive purpose of processing reports of allegedly irregular facts related to financial, accounting, commercial or regulatory compliance malpractice committed by employees or representatives of CUPA GROUP, in accordance with the provisions of the code of ethics and internal policies.
Your data may be accessible to external technology service providers, such as web hosting, computer maintenance and other similar services linked to CUPA GROUP.
The data obtained in this way will be kept only for the time necessary to resolve the processing of the complaint. In any case, 3 months after the data have been entered, they will be deleted from the complaint system, unless the purpose of their retention is to provide evidence of the functioning of the crime prevention model. You may, at any time, exercise your rights under the LOPDGDD, that is, access to data, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing or portability.
