What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

International Women’s Day is a day when we celebrate the inclusion of women in the workforce, highlighting the effort and courage of many pioneering women who contributed to the building of today’s society.

How has the situation of women evolved in your industry and during your professional career?

Women have an increasingly significant presence in the national industrial sector, although we still have very few women in senior management positions. This will change; it is simply a matter of time.

Have you had any difficulties in your professional life because you are a woman?

No, I have always felt valued.

What do you think your biggest contribution to Cupa Group has been?

My commitment, effort and desire to improve on a daily basis.

Why would you recommend being part of the Cupa Group team to other women?

I think that, at Cupa Group, talent is valued and rewarded, regardless of whether you are a man or a woman. My career at Cupa Group is a clear example of this, and I hope that I can serve as an inspiration for other women.
